Spinning (Indoor Cycling) is back at the Castle Club this winter!
Want to burn calories and challenge yourself at the same time?
Come and pedal in a group to the sound of music, guided by our certified coaches.
And for those who want to go even further, try our Spin/Body Workout sessions, which combine 30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of circuit training for a complete workout!

– Thursday at 9:30 a.m. (Spin/Body Workout)
– Saturday at 10:30 a.m. (Spin/Body Workout)
