Castle Club has established this Privacy Policy in order to transparently inform Users of the website hosted at the following address: https://castleclub.be/, (hereinafter the “Site”), of the manner in which personal data is collected and processed by Castle Club.

The term “User” refers to any user, whether an individual or a legal entity, who visits or interacts in any way with the Site.
As such, Castle Club determines all the technical, legal and organisational means and purposes for the processing of Users’ personal data. To this end, Castle Club undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of July 30, 2018, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, “the Law”) and the European Regulation of April 26, 2016 on the protection of data of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, “the Regulation”).
Castle Club is free to choose any natural or legal person that processes the personal data of users at its request and on its behalf (hereinafter the “Processor”). Where applicable, Castle Club undertakes to select a Subcontractor offering sufficient guarantees regarding technical and organisational security measures for the processing of personal data, with regard to the Law and the Regulation.

Personal Data Collected

Castle Club collects and processes various information about you.
Via the contact form on the Site: your e-mail address, first and last name, and any message you may wish to send.
Via the contact forms linked to Castle Club’s social networks: your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, zip code and your choice of sport from a list proposed by Castle Club.
No data is automatically collected by the Site itself. The only data we process is that which you provide voluntarily. Any other information that may be collected automatically is done so only by statistical tools such as Google Analytics and concerns only your TCP/IP address, the brand and latest version of your browser and the web pages consulted, but remains completely anonymous.
Castle Club may also process data about you from third parties such as Castle Club’s social networks. This information will only be communicated to us following a request via the forms provided on the respective platforms.
The information is for internal use only and will therefore never be sold to other natural or legal persons, whether related to our company or not. However, these data will be communicated, at the request of the judicial authorities or the police, without the prior authorization of the holder.

Treatment goals
Your personal data is collected in order to provide you with information relating to the services presented on the website; to carry out market research in order to improve the quality of the content and the technical quality of the website; to provide you with information, send you an e-mail listing the various offers that may be of interest to you, contact you by e-mail and/or telephone to complete a registration; to manage the technical administration of the website; when the data has become anonymous, to draw up statistics or carry out surveys concerning the number of visits to the various subdivisions of the website.

The Castle Club uses carefully selected subcontractors and service providers (in particular IT service providers for the secure hosting of your data and the software required by our team). In the event of a dispute, personal data may be passed on to a third party responsible for dispute management (law firm, bill collection company, etc.), who will also ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

Data Retention Period
We keep your data for the duration of our relationship and 10 years after the end of it. After this period, we will delete or anonymize your personal data. You may request the deletion of your personal data, provided this does not affect our own rights and obligations (e.g. legal, accounting or tax obligations).
