Any matter not covered by this Regulation shall be decided unilaterally by the manager of the Castle Club sports complex, Mr Hendrik Van den Borre.
Section III: Conditions of access
Article 4
Access to facilities is strictly restricted to members of the club in order of membership or to students who are regularly enrolled in courses organized within the club.
Each user has a strictly personal badge or QR-Code that he/she must use to record each of his/her visits to the club by indicating the activity(s) he/she will be performing.
In case of loss or forgetfulness of the badge, a package of 5 euros will be requested for the replacement of the badge. Otherwise, management reserves the right to refuse access to facilities.
Article 5
Any user can access the facilities of the sports complex by prior payment of fees, admission fees and prices for access to activities.
Current rates are posted at the club reception or on the club's website.
The entry fee is payable on the first registration and will be payable if the contribution is not renewed within two months of its expiry.
Unless previously stated, the club's activities are reserved for users only. Members may be accompanied by guests, under their responsibility, by paying the fees set out in the applicable tariff.
Only management reserves the right to authorize access to facilities to non-members by payment of an entry fee under the current tariff.
The spouses of the members are considered guests as well as the players, parents and supporters of the visiting teams.
The responsible persons accompanying the children or young users must announce themselves at the reception and remain in the common parts of the facilities.
Facilities can also be accessed:

2. persons authorized by the Directorate of the Sports Complex to access the facilities free of charge because of the particular circumstances, in particular the need to access the facilities for repairs, maintenance or deliveries, etc.
Article 6
Sports activities can present certain risks that users must know and accept. It is their responsibility to ensure that their doctor is able to practice the club's sports disciplines.
Article 7
Those taking training must have paid the total sum of the cycle to access the course unless specifically waived by management.
Any lost sessions may only be recovered by presentation of a medical certificate and only during the relevant cycle.
Registration fees as a member or other user will not be reimbursed in case of absences except for a permanent move abroad for professional reasons, provided they are notified 3 months in advance.
Missed sessions or periods due to illness may only be recovered during the relevant cycle and upon presentation of a medical certificate of contraindication to sports activities of a minimum duration of four weeks.
Article 8
The facilities of the sports complexes are accessible according to the schedule displayed at the entrance of the complexes.
If operational or managerial requirements so require, the management of the sports complex may order a change in the schedule or the temporary closure of one or more facilities without any compensation or damage being claimed by any person.
