Aqua Cardio

Cardio-in-the-water session with mini-triathlon: aquabike, water racing exercises and learning swimming techniques (crawl and back). Suitable for all, including seniors, this activity offers a complete training to improve endurance and strengthen the body gently.

Aqua Gym

Aquatic gymnastics where the exercises, adapted to the height of the water, use its natural resistance. Ideal for improving joint mobility and gently strengthening muscles. Accessible to all, even without knowing how to swim, this activity helps burn calories and tone the body.

 

Aqua Bike

45 minute course on a bike immersed in water. Ideal for intense cardio training while minimizing the impact on the joints.
